        Ben let us know when he would be coming and arrived on time. They spent about an hour unblocking the drain which had become silted. All at a very competitive price (compared to another local business that quoted earlier in the day). A professional service that I would recommend.

        We had a blockage in our ground floor toilet. I was recommended to BJG by my usual Plumber and after a telephone call to the Proprietor, Ben, he promised to call later the same day. He arrived at 6-00 pm, identified the problem and cleared the blockage. Before leaving, in addition to testing the toilet drains, he checked our other drainage runs to ensure that they were free flowing. He spent an hour on task and only left when he was satisfied that all was well. I considered his charge for call-out, attendance on site, and his specialist services to be most reasonable. I recommend BJG unhesitatingly.
