        Useless and unhelpful response to my enquiry about replacement window fitting. Replied simply saying they did not supply what I asked for, suggested no alternative, and told me that a single window would cost at least 1000, plus long delay - presumably intending simply to put me off. Not, I imagine, a good way to survive a recession.

        I have used Cristal Windows twice to install a new door and new windows. Both times the job has been done to a very high standard and quickly. As expected I have had a couple of minor issues over the years and the support has been exemplary. The company have resolved the issues quickly and professionally. You can rely on this company to do a good job and to support you in the long term. Services: General door installation, Window installation
