James quickly identified the problem with my collateral ligament of my knee, and in the two sessions I needed, he prescribed sets of exercises that would gradually strengthen the surrounding muscles, and allow the ligament to repair. I only needed two sessions before the pain and problem disappeared and I could return to playing football. The cost was very reasonable, and I recommend to others unreservedly! Thank you James, and thank you Fleet Physio!

Herself being a lovely , gentle and calm person , I will Definetely go back to her in future .

I have just been discharged by Jo after being treated for over 6 months following an accident and surgery. The service from Fleet Physio has been faultless and Jo has been a wonderful professional, supportive and motivational physiotherapist. I would not hesitate to use Fleet Physio again and highly recommend them.

So fantastic! Fleet Physio came highly recommended from a number of players at my tennis club and didn't disappoint. They were able to tape up my shoulder to allow me to continue playing tennis and my injury healed itself incredibly quickly having required just 1 session (and using tape and regular rehab exercises that I was given on my single assessment) - I was able to continue playing tennis throughout my recovery too thanks to the taping. Excellent.

I had a L5/S1 prolapsed disc, that was diagnosed through an MRI. I saw James for 8-10 sessions, mainly to work on the right recovery exercise regime, rather than any manipulation. His measured and sensible guidance was great, pushing my exercises, but not pushing too far or fast. The balance was just right. It took a few months for the acute pain to go, but in time to allow me to enjoy my skiing holiday without any pain or incident. I've continued through 2022 with an evolving exercise routine and now have no awareness at all of any pain or restricted movement as a result. The help and guidance from Fleet Physio and Sports Injury was spot on. Thank you for all your help and advice.
