        Claire is a wonderfully uplifting, motivational and inspirational Pilates instructor. She works us hard, giving options for those that need a bit more, or a bit less, and always with humour. I never thought Id laugh so much whilst exercising!

        Have been doing this weekly for about 2-3 yrs now - lots of variety and tons of fun each lesson. Has kept me very sane during lockdown and doing exercise via Zoom is simple!! Try it and see. Claire is fantastic and gets my sense of humour!!
