Rowlands Pharmacy Fleet

I felt I needed to write a review to say that my recent experience with the staff at Rowlands at Church Crookham has been brilliant and everything they said would happen has and they have made the whole experience easy for me. I went to several other pharmacies in the area and I was ill informed about services provided for vulnerable elderly patients but Rowlands have been so supportive. People make mistakes and errors happen but as long as things are rectified, you cant ask for more than that.

I've been using the pharmacy since 2010 and yes there have been a few problems but the problems are not within Rowlands, they are held up at the surgery! The staff are always so busy but they do notice you when you enter the shop however please consider that they may be caught out sorting out someone else's meds, they always apologise for any delay and are always friendly and approachable, and if they have a giggle at work then so what?! On several occasions they have gone over and above any expectations to ensure I have the meds I need. And the delivery drivers are brilliant too, very friendly and polite. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the other local pharmacies are well below par of this branch of Rowlands!
