The customer service in this shop is amazing! I recently had a problem with a zip on a coat that I purchased in January. I sought advice on Friday, was given clear guidance by Arun and his team the next day and one day later a replacement coat arrived. Also when I purchased walking boots in February, I received excellent advice too. The staff in this shop are really well informed and take care of their customers with care and time. It is a real pleasure to shop in this store.

Rude and condescending manager.Never ever shop here as the service and rude attitude from the lady manager is completely unacceptable.
