        I called Bulldog because they were local and I'd noticed them in passing. Fleet branch. Superb service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and way cheaper than anticipated. I explained my problem and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Problem solved overnight, swift call to confirm the pc could be collected, and new thermal paste applied as a courtesy. My new build is running flawlessly. Many thanks!

        I gave my hard drive to them in Dec 2019. Do I need to say more? I was in contact with them for around 6 months and then nothing. I have called every other month since August 2020 and have had no luck with any answers or even just getting my hard drive back to me. I have precious photo's and memories on that drive and they think it's okay to now take it and not give it back. I'm outraged and am lost as what to do to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!
