Hannah is amazing, absolutely life changing! I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had my first session with Hannah and already it has made a huge difference in my life and my relationships. Hannah didn't try to interpret or analyse my experience or views but instead, patiently listened and in doing so, helped me to understand my own motivations, behaviour and to articulate my own life goals. She offered excellent insights and useful tips to manage stressful and anxiety inducing situations. I will definitely be arranging more sessions.
