We were just a couple of hours into a long drive with our young daughter when we got a puncture in our hire car. We were worried that we would be stuck seeing as we were far from anyone we know and it was a Sunday. We called 5 Kwikfits and they were all booked up or didn't have our tyre in stock. Then Charlie at Fleet came to our rescue! He said he was fully booked but he'd fit us in even if he had to stay late. He ended up being able to sort our tyre straight away with excellent, friendly service. We can't thank him enough.
