We had Rob deal with our tenancy and I could not rate him highly enough. Professional, communicative, efficient and knowledgeable are just a few adjectives that applied to the outstanding service we received. Everything was condensed down into easily understandable steps and everything was set up to be as smooth as possible. Our questions answered swiftly and accurately, in full. Its the easiest I have found any moving transition to be thus far.

After a series of unfortunate events culminating with my old landlord reclaiming the property for their own use, I went through a lot of different estate agents looking for help and was met with a lot of nos and sorrys and this place has now been let - until I found Waterfords. Josh has been a godsend, from the knowledgeable viewing to the friendly demeanour at every stage he found me somewhere that actually feels like home within a few days of our first conversation! I will be recommending Waterfords to anyone who is looking for a new home (and even to some who arent!) and if youre thinking about going ahead with them I would say make the call :-) Thank you again for everything! Just had a call from Ben for us to agree an offer on my property (less than 1% below the asking price.... in this market!). I only signed the contract with them 4 days ago! The team have been brilliant. Very attentive and coconscious from the very first phone call to them. Ben was confident in his pricing and market and has proven it. Very impressed.
