Thank you for your nice support. Old review: So were to start. As a now costumer I ordered some products from Bright Tangerine directly. When the camera plate arrived I realized that it doesnt fit because of the design of my cage from a different brand. So I ask Bright Tangerine for a solution. They tell me because I used the plate, what I had to to try how it fits, I can send the product back and get a different. But I need to pay 15% from every thing I bought. Not just from the plate that doesnt fit. I was really confused about that and write that I couldnt understand such a strange customer service. Never here anything from them again. And they will also never here again from me. There many other brands out there.
