I found MK Professional Building Services on Check A trade 5 years ago. Since then, they have completed 3 projects on our house. Simply fantastic! From estimates which are always kept, to scheduled timing of commencement and completion also kept. They have accepted all our requests and where needed advised us on better solutions very grateful for these. During the work their staff is extremely polite, professional and clean making sure our home remained as clean as possible during the work. End product was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Most importantly 5 years after kitchen/extension completion, and 3 years after bathroom completion nothing has gone wrong it looks and work like on the day one. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We could not have been happier with Michael and the whole team at MKPBS. They were utterly fantastic. We'd never taken on a build before so were inexperienced and not the best informed coming into the project but Michael was reassuring, helpful and offered guidance and expertise throughout. Despite managing through lockdowns, COVID and supply shortages we arrived at our completion point on time and to budget. The team were here in rain, snow & sub-zero temperatures to get the job done from February to May. They were clean, tidy, conscientious and polite always, and produced a very high quality finish, perfectly in keeping with the look & feel of our Edwardian property. We cannot imagine working with anyone other than MKPBS on any future jobs, and would recommend them to anyone.

I found MK builders after online search. Immediately it become apparent that they were apart from every one else. From punctuality in attending first meeting, politeness, to professionalism. We have opted to accept their quote. I come from a family of architects and I am used to projects and building. MK builders were fantastic. Tidy, cleaned after themselves every single day for a month and especially at the end. I had regular meetings with Michael throughout the project. Each time we would tell me what is the plan for the day and for the week. The final product was fantastic. Quality of work and attention to detail is fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
