After researching electric rads for some time I kept coming back to EHE, and finally decided on an economiser 2Kw for my kit/diner. I know its summer so I cant it give a proper test, but my first impressions are very good. On my initial test it heated up very quickly & looks good. It came very well packaged in pristine condition, and was very easy to fit literally plug&go. You might need a sparky if you wanted it hard wired, but a simple plug into a single spur should be no problem. Just basic DIY skills to hang the wall brackets and its job done. With the added bonus of WI-FI controls making it easy. I had a couple of conversations with Tony which were very helpful. Just a final word Im 72 so there you have it 5star.

I have recently purchased four wall heaters for My Granddaughters flat to replace hit and miss underfloor heating . (a) They look good , modern and neat (her words) (b) relatively simple to have fitted by an accredited electrician . (c) within the first hours were working efficiently. (d) My Granddaughter has learned all the wifi controls etc that suit her shift working patterns giving her complete control , even from a distance. (e) Early days but it appears to be using less electricity and much better heating. All in all a win win situation Many thanks .

Followed the advice of this company on what radiators I would need after giving lots of detail on my property - now have a heating system which is too expensive to run. Part of this is due to increased electric costs but it is also down to them just not being a suitable heating system for our home - we went with the Economiser radiators because they were supposed to only draw electric part of the time and maintain temperature well but they seem to being drawing it nearly all of the time. Were now stuck with an expensive system that we cant afford to use. Were only using 3 out of the 7 radiators (at 16 degrees and only coming on at certain times and keeping the doors shut to those rooms to keep the heat in) and are still wracking up bills of 4-500 a month. We know its the radiators as we have a smart meter and when we turn them off, it drops to only using a few pence an hour. Ive reached out to the company a couple of times over the past year and whilst theyve been polite and responsive, theyve basically said it is what it is. Please dont make the same mistake we did and purchase these to heat your home - they might be good for one room but they should never have been recommended to heat our whole property. All the reviews on the website for these radiators were great and, naively, I assumed all reviews received would be shown but since submitting my own, I now know that they are only showing the 5 star ones.
