        A super first experience at The Hair Studio incentivised by a discount voucher. Booked for a wash and blow dry and left the salon feeling wonderfully glamorous! Was excited to return and requested the same voluminous blow-dry, however, sadly the glamour was not to be repeated .... and I had paid full price! Aware of the stylist's capability from my first visit, I decided to advise the salon of my disappointment and suggested that if a discount was offered to restore my confidence then I would be prepared to return. This idea appeared not to be welcome and no apology was forthcoming so sadly my relationship with The Hair Studio has been short and not so sweet! Whilst they do have the most delightful coffee cups I shall be returning to Zappas Fleet (Kayleigh) or Headmasters Farnham (James).
