We recently had herringbone floor fitted by The Parquet Flooring company. Amazing levels of service from start to finish. Quality is outstanding and the end product looks awesome. Would highly recommend this company, both from skill / workmanship, levels of care and consideration provided during the installation. Ben and his company came to my rescue 2 yeas ago when another contractor severely messed up the installation of our new herringbone wood floor. Ben took over the installation of the remaining rooms doing an excellent job and creating a finished laid wooden floor that is far superior in strength and quality than the previously laid floor. We are now having further work done in our house and Ben is the only person I approached to take on the new work. I wouldnt want anyone else doing our floor after so many previous very costly mistakes. Thank you Ben for all your hard work, advice and patience. I look forward to working with you again soon. First class service, excellent quality of workmanship and a trustworthy company. Ben and Jamie fitted parquet flooring on our stairs, landing and two bedrooms. The end result is amazing and we couldnt be happier. It looks first class. Communication was thorough from the beginning to the end. We used Ben and his team to install 55m2 of parquet flooring. From the quotation stage right through to installation Ben was engaging, and under difficult sourcing situations managed to secure supply for minimal uplift, keeping to our schedule. Yes the floors were beautifully done - no question everyone who sees it comments and asks where we had it done, but it's Ben's approach and his after install care which sets him apart from so many builders/installers we have had in the past. He inherited a problem area of the screed, where the screeder did a good job in all but one section, which Ben took ownership of and sorted out when the screeder wasn't available which meant no delay to our project. Ben also came back and sorted out some additions that ended up needing done in the kitchen area of the floor. His approach has always been positive and any challenges he works out and resolves without pushing it back on the customer which is a refreshing change - coming to the customer with solutions rather than problems!
