8 weeks ago we contacted them to refit our wall mirror. It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to get them to collect our mirror to get cut and refitted. We were told it would be a couple days after collection. It's now 3 weeks later, we've called and emailed and have not had a response or even a quote on what it will cost. Just a real lazy company to deal with and I'm not sure if I need to report them for taking our mirror and not giving it back. EDIT: Another week went by and after chasing them a final time, they came back with an email along the lines of "we ordered a drill bit, tried to cut it and it broke. Sorry, we tried". They are a glass company who cannot cut glass. They broke our mirror and are doing nothing about replacing it. Avoid at all costs!

Hart Windows are a small Local firm and were a little hard to pin down initially , however once secured they were absolutely 1st Class . Are they reliable? .. 100% yes Did they quote ?.. Yes and they stuck to a very competitive one Would I use again , 100 % yes A very professional man called Greg came to our house , he quoted and a week later returned to fit new windows and adjust doors to and incredibly high standard . Absolutely wonderful experience - Thank you

Firstly, needed a phonecall to remind them after they forgot the initial quote appointment. Waited a week for the quote before calling to remind them about it. Two weeks on, still no quote! Not great buisness and evidently don't need the work.

Wanted to use Hart Glass to fit a cat flap into my French door. Wanted a quote from them due to recommendation. Ive called them twice and been promised a call back and both times theyve failed to get in contact. They obviously dont need good, honest business in a time when people are short of money. A real shame. Would rather take my business to a company that cares and Im sure others would too!
