I phoned and spoke to Tom because, after several days of trying, I couldnt get my wireless printer to connect to any of my Apple devices. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 situation, he wasnt able to get someone out to me, but very talked me through what I needed to do to make the connection work and (staying on the line with me), a few minutes later everything was working again. I found Tom to be very helpful and patient with me, and would recommend him to anyone needing tech help.

Fast reliable service and knowledgeable. I'm an IT professional and suspected a hardware problem when my PC got unstable, Will correctly diagnosed a memory card failure PC and did a good job of cleaning up the boards plus gave sensible advice on keeping it running smoothly.
