Weve just had the worst experience in customer service today, thanks to the bloke that works at Amici (Tony). Weve never been treated so bad as customers as we were today in a cafe, so if you want to be traumatised from being treated by the rudest, unhelpful waiter, you can find it in Amici. We were asked to leave as we allegedly jumped the queue! I have been coming to this cafe because I like the food and the girls on the till are always lovely including the owner. It was busy when we turned up, we waited, the girls took our food order and we were shown to our table. We were having a nice time waiting for our food, when the bloke came to tell us that the table is reserved and we jumped the queue, implying were always talking to girls to get special treatment!! At first I thought he was joking and having a banter with my partner but I soon realised he clearly wasnt happy that we were there - a paying customer!! This is such a shame, as this is a lovely cafe, but having idiots like that working there is really going to damage their reputation, I really hope the owner sees this and has him dismissed. In no way is this aimed at anyone else who works there, who are always courteous and polite, although it appears you are not allowed to talk to them, or have coffee in any other shop in Fleet, without fear of being banned from here!!!

Fantastic Cafe with a big selection of nice cakes and sandwiches. - The jacket potatoes are the best ive ever had in the area. We come here quite a lot because its the best coffee and Tony is a wonderful asset to the place. He's so friendly and is so wonderful to the little children who come into the cafe too. Always making everyone smile. We would love to sit out the front with our little doggy sometimes too, so I hope one day they put some tables and chairs outside :)
