Prompt service and responses on-line, good customer service from their offices (emails, telephone calls) with courteous and helpful staff. Appointment to value made at the date and time we requested - even when the original valuer was taken ill at the last minute, an equally qualified collegue replaced for the same date/time. The valuer was prompt, pleasant and polite, listened to our concerns and conducted the valuation swiftly; also answered our many questions regarding the circumstances etc and provided guidance, reassurance and reliability. Would have no hesitation in recommending Novello as a trustworthy and reliable company to deal with which, for us, was our main criteria in choosing them.

I contacted Novello to carry out a snagging survey on a new build property I am currently purchasing. The booking process was easy and they were able to meet the short timescale. Jack carried out the survey, called me when it was done and then provided a detailed report with plenty of pictures to highlight the issues found. I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Novello.

I've had two surveys done by Novello. I received a detailed report each time, plus a phone call from the surveyor to talk through the most important findings. I was also able to call back for further information. I think their service is expensive compared to other companies, but the quality of their reports are worth it.

I contacted Novello to get a routine survey for a flat roof on a property of which I'm a joint freeholder. The team were very efficient and arranged for the survey to take place within a couple of weeks of my request. The report was provided the following day which was concise and clearly explained what action was required. John the surveyor was very helpful when I contacted him for further advice.
