        Vicky managed to help at short notice, but was professional and checked with other customers re time changes before confirming our appointment. The carpet was very grubby with a variety of stains. Being wool limited the chemicals that could be used but Vicky spent a long time cleaning it and it now looks 100% better! In addition, she took great care of my Mum who remained in bed while Vicky cleaned around her. I have no hesitation in recommending Vicky. An excellent job done by a professional and kind person. Service: General carpet cleaning

        Victoria, who's now taken over the business, was every bit as professional and amazing as Karine qwas before her. I had some grotty black stains of unknown origin (child-related) seemingly ingrained into the living room rug, but a little time in Victoria's care and you would never know they were there! The rest of the carpets and the sofa set look like they've just stepped out of the salon too. Very happy! Services: General carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Area rug cleaning
