What a disappointment. Had an appointment booked, late being seen, no apology. Person I saw didn't seem to know what to do??? Other customers spoken to as though they were children, woman being gatekeeper as customers walked in was just keen on speaking to one client about building works... Customer service training is required. If you want a decent bank, find an alternative.

So slow on the counter and no acknowledgement or smile even though I've been waiting 20 minutes. I reach the counter and not even an apology for waiting. Veda who served me just complained that my paying in slips were upside down. Service is dead in this branch...absolutely shocking

Closes at 4.30 mid week which is no good for most people and advisors have final appointments at 3pm. Staff rude and not ready to serve at 9.30 (opening times) on a Saturday. Switching banks following 2 poor experiences
