    These people are incompetent idiots, this is my experience of then trying to fix my freezer that would not make ice. Sequence of events: 1. Original fault, freezer would not make ice, although it would dispense ice if a bag was purchased a emptied into the internal tray, engineer called out. 2. Engineer replaced a sensor to try fix problem. The problem was not fixed, engineer created a new fault that the dispenser would not dispense ice either, dispenser control now dead, no light displayed. 3. Engineer called again, replaced main pcb, problem neither problem fixed top panel damaged by engineer and now hanging off, new fault is that temperature display not working now showing a square. 4. Engineer called again turned up with no part and commented that the top panel now needed replacing as the previous engineer had broken it. 5. Engineer called again, all sensors replaced. None of the three faults were fixed or the damage caused by the engineer. 6. Engineer called again, removed the ice dispenser to look at another pcb, damages plastic tabs on the unit while doing so, says he will order new pcb and replace damaged tabs. 7. Engineer arrives with new pcb for ice dispenser and ice dispenser facia in order to replace broken tabs, while removing lettering strip from old facia damages it and then realises that the new facia does not come with plastic tabs and puts the old one back and puts the damaged lettering srip back on saying hell order a new one. The PCB gets replaced nothing changes, engineer comments that there is now a wiring fault caused one of the engineers. The freezer is now trashed with bits everywhere, the engineer make a joke of it and asks if there are hidden cameras watching his screw up...really!! 8. A month goes by arguing with Aztech, finally a new door ordered which should contain wiring 9. Over Christmas freezer de-frosts ruining all food. 10. New door arrives without wiring, Aztech say there's nothing they can do! Summary: Original fault: Freezer not dispensing ice, dispenser still functioning if ice is put in it. Final status: Freezer not making or dispensing ice Top panel of Freezer damaged and hanging off LED display not working or responding to settings Dispenser facia has damaged clips Dispenser facia has damaged lettering strip Damaged wiring between ice dispenser and main PCB Freezer rendered completely useless and written off. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE IDIOTS!!

    Keen to buy and have integrated dishwasher fitted- however, despite only needing a quote we have been promised call backs that do not materialise. Waited a week when promised a call, chased it up and Aztech were very apologetic and promised to get someone to call back- still waiting

    We have just had the most appalling experience ever with this company. They were the recommended repairers for our insurance company, so we had to use them. They made their first visit on 25th November 2014 to repair our 2.5 year old cooker hood. After several visits they decided that the PCB was the problem, but claimed they were unable to locate the correct part. The correct part never was located! They never returned our calls and claimed that the long delays were because they were unable to contact their suppliers by telephone, only by email - and surprise, surprise their supplier never did reply to their emails. Obviously the art of telephone communication has not reached this part of Fleet yet! They eventually made another visit on 16th January 2015 - two months on from the first callout and several phone calls later, to photograph our apparently obscure PCB. When we chased three weeks later they had still not got any further with a solution. In fact they decided to contact the insurance company minutes later and claim that our cooker hood was beyond economical repair. I will add at this point that they have never contacted us with this information. When we telephoned them they could not verify that this part was obsolete, just that they were unable to get hold of it. It had taken them nearly three months to reach this conclusion. At this point I decided to call AEG Parts to see why they had discontinued a part for such a new cooker hood, and discovered that the part was available, and that although it looked different it would still fit our model of cooker hood, he even told me that there was a note against this part number as other people had also queried it, but obviously not Aztech Services! It had taken me 10 minutes to resolve what Aztech Services Ltd could not resolve in nearly 3 months I truly believe that they did little to locate this part, in fact they are the worst service company that I have ever dealt with. They never return calls, never apologise, and on the last visit we were actually told by the engineer that 'it may take two days, a week or even a month' before they could get back to us! Three months later our cooker hood is still not repaired, and Aztech have just left the extractor hood cowling balanced on top of the hood. I will add at this point that I would rather it was left like that then have any further dealings with this company. Even after being informed of the correct part number, and chased by the insurance company they have moved no further on. After escalating this complaint to the very top of our insurance company they have offered us a very reasonable compensation, as they are in agreement with the appalling service that we have received, and like us are equally disillusioned with Aztech Services Ltd This company should not use 'Services' in their name. I will follow up this review when I finally get my cooker hood repaired by another, hopefully more competent company! 10th March 2015 - Just like to add that we ordered the correct part, and it was paid for by the compensation that our insurance company gave for having to deal with this completely incompetent company. My husband who has no engineering experience fitted it today, and it is running beautifully. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

image These people are incompetent idiots, this is my experience of then trying to fix my freezer that would not make ice.
