        i ordered a gingko biloba tree on your website as a Christmas present, it arrived and it was a completely different tree, i contacted customer service who then replaced the item, it has now arrived and yet again, is completely wrong. do not recommend whatsoever

        My delivery to my ill friend was delivered 24 hours late. The flowers were wilted and past their best. It was supposed to be a cheery surprise to cheer up my friend, but was definitely not that. I emailed the company twice to register my disappointment but they didn't bother to respond.

        Just recieved some letterbox flowers as a birthday present. Everything looking really sorry for itself, definitely not 'sleeping' during their travels (as per the leaflet enclosed). As for the roses in the box, the photos show what remains of those.

        Im sorry its been a very bad and disappointing experience with this provider,, flowers delivered two days after my selected date. Chose this company as wanted something a bit different, no offers of appropriate compensation either but an excuse re their computer error!!
