Please read carefully before visiting them. I had an old Lexus car. The car was cutting out after a few miles, I took my car to them, and Mark told me it would cost about thirteen hundred and thirty pounds to fix, after a few days I got a call from mark who told me the bill was nineteen hundred and thirty six pounds. He told me the fan belt had seen better days, hence he changed this and there were a couple of other things he had to change as it had seen better days. After a couple of weeks the car does not start, however it works with the help of sure start fluid. Mark tells me it is the high pressure fuel pump that is faulty. After three weeks I get a call from mark who tells me it is not the fuel pump that is faulty, however I will still have to pay for the part and labour. I spoke to John and he agreed to only charge me for the labour which was a hundred and twenty pounds. So they seem to underquote and overcharge their customers, they claim to be Toyota experts however after three weeks they do not know the root cause of the cold start issue, then they try to charge their customers for a part that is not faulty. I have spent over two thousand pounds with them but the problem remains unresolved. Service: Oil change
