        They quote delivery in 3-5 working days, but I'm now nearly two weeks down the road..no book..and they don't seem that interested to help. According to their delivery company, Whistl (yes, I know), the book was dispatched very late and is now stuck in their system somewhere simply saying "in transit". Monster's response was "check with your neighbours". I've gone down the chargeback route so I'll get my money back, but it's a shame these companies choose to operate like this and then moan that Amazon are stealing their business. I ordered a book from Amazon five days ago. Guess what? It arrived yesterday.

        Book ordered, said to have been dispatched delivered nothing arrived , 4 weeks on now chasing full credit despite giving an acceptance of a later delivery date which didnt change the outcome. Very disappointing as was intended as a birthday present now date passed.
