Fleckney Post Office

Rude staff, the young guy needs to learn how to smile and be polite. I ended up driving to kibworth post office to send my package, much nicer staff there.

This place is an absolute joke, rude staff apart from the young guy. Don't even try and call as you will never get an answer or it gets out down. One of the worst places for customer service and I'm sorry but it stinks. I only ever use this place if a parcel has been sent back otherwise I'd happily travel to another post office.

I live & work in the village & do use the post office for various things regularly, mainly postal (obviouslyits a post office!). Have only ever had one problem & that was a parcel being too big to drop off. Staff always polite to me (I am also polite to them, you get back what you give out!). My general take on people who do moan about the staff, would moan about anything! At least we have a post office still, so if people dont like the place, dont use it & then moan when its closed down! Anyway, good little shop & very handy in the village!
