I telephoned a lovely lady in customer services regarding a lost locking part to my Woodland Neoprene Welly that pinged off in our woodland. Can't remember if it was Sarah or Sue but my - what wonderful customer service as she posted me a spare part in the post same day - arrived today. Now my boots are complete once again. Grateful thanks - she is great asset to your business.

On more than one occasion when I have had to send stock back due to it being delivered months after its due date I have had abusive calls from one of the directors. They have no co-ordination in their business. I have worked with them for 5 years but I would recommend not to ever use them again, Gardiners Footwear would be a far better option if you are looking for a supplier. On a couple of occasions the delivery drivers have come before 10am when I open my store . They have my telephone number but I never receive a call from them and then I get a barrage of abuse from guy again. He loves to call me just to have an argument instead of trying to find a resolution and when proved wrong starts warbling on to another point instead of apologising. Im just glad to see the back of them.
