The work was completed quickly and with very little fuss or mess, both engineers were friendly, polite and made sure we were happy with everything, there was a small issue with our broadband after the guys had left but after speaking to Louis they were back the following morning and everything was sorted out. Excellent service and after sales service, highly recommended

Great service. Sent an online enquiry on the website on Sunday following a recommendation. Got a call from Louis first thing on Monday morning and he was at our property within the hour. Great advice and helped us with our AV issues there and then. Will be recommending Louis and the team to friends and family and will be using them going forward! Thanks again!

I recently hired the team at DWS to carry out a TV wall-mounting request. What I liked about their services were they turned up on time, the did exactly what they said they were going to do and, once the TV install was completed, tidied everything up and left my home 'spotless'. I would certainly recommend their services locally.

Extremely happy with the service from the engineers as well as the office staff, if you have any questions for either department they will help you every time, there is no attitude or rudeness just excellent customer service, which is rare these days. They are all polite and professional, i do not have one bad word to say about them, they arrived on time, got the job done, and new exactly what the problem was with my Smart TV and they got it sorted. A job well done, and i will continue to use them again, highly recommended.
