Could I respectfully ask that you review your waiting chairs. It would be so helpful if at least one of them had arms to help people who have difficulty rising from chairs. They have this in lots of waiting areas now and I do find it very helpful

and they always saying "your prescription medication will be ready in 3 days "
but they never follow up the request they will never call you back and saying that your medication is not ready
you will have to waste time and petrol to find out and follow up your self with your GP
And this scenario happened to me 3 times in ti's year so far
