Great venue for a kids party lots of space good customer service.

Okay for kids, but equipment is very outdated and in desperate need of upgrading. Some of the other children and parents can be very rude, or let their children swear like a trooper. Everytime we go there, it's chilly, and it's quite dim, wish it had more natural light.

Overpriced as have to pay for adults to gain entry too but the soft play is small and very basic. Staff appeared that they couldn't be bothered and was excessively shouting and screaming at each other, causing looks from all customers. One staff member was obnoxious and abrupt. She kept impatiently shouting across the seating area that customers needed to go as their slot was over, rushing adults and the kids out even though the place was empty. One customer was getting ready to leave and the same staff member told the customer that they needed to go now or pay extra money to stay, then made an inappropriate racial remark towards them!! Other customers arrived a little early for a party, staff let them in and accepted a food order from them but then told the customers that their kids couldn't go in the soft play yet 'because they haven't paid', then told they had to wait or pay, the party started literally within 10 minutes. I'd be mortified if I had spent good money on a party there and then my guests were told that! Place comes across very greedy. Soft play area was clean but the rest of the building was untidy, scruffy and stunk of dirty chip fat! Will not be returning and will not recommend for anyone to go there.
