Flannels

Really bad customer service. Really wish they had a refund policy because I now have a huge credit note for an item that didnt fit and unfortunately have to spend my hard earned money in this shop again. I will not ever return to this store. Been in twice, both times awful experience. Staff literally look like they want to be any where else but work. They make you feel like you shouldnt be in the store, nobody helps you at all. Awful.

Customer service an absolute shamble and rude!!!! Top prices paid for no service in return when indeed needed. I suggest you spend your money where its worth it and appreciated. Certainly not in this place.

Awful Discrimination !!!!!! I will sue them for Defamation of character, Embarrassment ,stress!!!! Dont recommend this place at all. We spent yesterday the New Year in custody myself my brother and his wife because they accused us that we swapped a pair of jeans . When we had already paid 1000 bill I did ask to be searched (they couldnt find anything of course ) I did ask to check the cameras before accusing us . So instead of checking the cameras first , the manager decided to call the police without talking to us firstly . Once we finished our shopping and made our way to the exit. They locked the door and police came to arrest us because the manager accused us theft . We have been released with no charges and no fault of course !!! They ruined our day and stressed us so much . I have never seen someone to be treated in that way and I cant describe this unfairly behaviour towards us . Let alone that we have a record in custody now because of your companys false accusation. The manager got obsessed with us , I assume because we dont look rich enough to buy clothes from Flannels. Also our English is not good enough so thats thats another reason to discriminate us . I have instructed my Laywer to deal against the manager in the Cheshunt store and the company that employs staff with this attitude. We are also dealing to make it as published as possible To the newspapers , and Tv News !!
