My son was discriminated against for having spina bifida. He is mobile but not quite walking unassisted. They advertise pictures of parents holding their children and jumping with them. Babies crawling all over the jumping area floor and in the foam pit. (All over Facebook and instagram!) But because my son has spina bifida, he was not allowed to join in on his big sisters party and was singled out by the staff that run the site. They stated due to insurance and safety reasons even though we sign a waiver. My son would never be left unattended at anytime. Quoting safety but not following it in other areas. There was not organisation, it was overcrowded. The fire exits were not clearly shown and were actually blocked up. They started spraying cleaning chemicals on the table whilst there were still children sitting and food on the table. It is completely rushed. To single out a 2 year old with a condition is far from fair. Its a good thing he doesnt completely understand why he wasnt allowed to join in the party.
