She has made it such a breeze and has helped me feel so comfortable during this journey. I love how professional her service is and the care she provides during before and after my sessions. I am now 4 sessions into my laser hair removal journey and I am already so impressed with the results I am seeing. I feel so much more comfortable in myself and I cant stress enough how thankful I am that I chose Lavender. Juliana has been absolutely amazing and I couldnt fault her on anything. Professionalism Equipment Customer service Appointment availability Refreshments Prices Lavender is 5 star all round and probably the most straightforward service I have experienced. Lavenders treatment is offered by the lovely Juliana. Juliana is the most knowledgeable, professional and sweet lady who has been doing laser treatments on my face for 6 months. Each time I go for a treatment, I am always greeted with warmth, comfort and nice bottle of water!!! The treatment area is always clean and ready at all times in the day. I always nip out of work for my appointments and Lavender are always running on time. I have never been cancelled or been asked to change appointments so I am able to maintain my treatment plan.
