        Not a fan of carpet as ripped ours out when moved in and sanded all floors. Now my son is getting older decided to re carpet stairs as feel its safer with him starting to go up and down on his own. Thought Id look local than the big companies and found DT flooring. Danny came around to measure up and brought samples of the styles and colours I choose. Got some great advice from him as he asked if I had a cat which I did and said certain styles would pull through if cat caught claws in and ruin it so went with his advice. Gavin was my fitter and turned up on time. It wasnt an easy job as staircase is 120 years old and has different widths throughout and amazed with the result and attention to detail, it feels like Im walking up a bed of pillows! Looks awesome, highly recommended!!! Service: Carpet installation

        The team came to measure. Gave us a price. Since then we're waiting for a response to price match which never came. Spoke to them again a few weeks later as we needed to make another order. The team told us to see examples the next only to be greeted to rude staff annoyed that we didn't make the original order with them. They were still going to earn something from our next order and missed out on our future custom. Terrible experience
