        Really disappointed. my husband took our autistic and highly anxious child for a hair cut which can be tricky for some kids with SEND, and my son said he felt sick (this is common for him when he is frightened). My husband explained that he was just nervous and the barber interrupted my husband and refused to trim his hair completely and cancelled both their appointments. If youre working in a role with children you may well come across disabled ones, and those children may behave differently. This could have gone very differently if the barber had taken a couple of moments to talk this through with my husband. Such a shame you dont want ALL customers, just ones that are without disabilities.
