I was having a lot of confidence issues in my horse riding, so went down the hypnotherapy route, and wow - I was not expecting this to help me so quickly, Octavia is very knowledgeable and explains how the brain works so I understood why this happening. The hypnotherapy part was amazing, and I cannot believe how effective this has been, and knowing I can go and have top up sessions is fantastic. I highly recommend!

I could not recommend going to see Ocky enough. Even if your not entirely sure why you need to go but you know your just not feeling quite right she is the lady to go and talk to. The sessions are split up into three sections and I found each one very beneficial. Ocky is a very lovely lady and talking to her is easy and relaxing.

Ive had both sports massage & acupuncture with Ocky and its been hugely beneficial to my back and given me a lot of pain relief. Ocky is incredibly experienced and takes a lot of time to understand the issues and therefore is able to provide a really effective treatment. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much for your help, it really has made a difference.
