    I was unable to find bulbs for my lamp and was given the website by the retailer where I bought the lamp - went on website and ordered my bulbs, then started reading reviews my heart sunk I thought I had lost my money and would not get my bulbs - I tried contacting the company but like others had said no one answers and unable to leave msg as msg box is full. I had to give them a chance so left it to see if I would receive my bulbs and Im pleased I did they came quickly and well packaged. I would have give 5stars but as I couldnt get through on the phone they lost a star.

    Ordered and paid for product but as yet nothing has been sent, nobody answers the phone, unable to leave voice mail. nobody reply's to emails. customer service non existent. If I could give no stars I would....shocking service.

    I ordered 5 bulbs on 27th April 2022, delivery should have been 2-3 days, still not received them, left 4 telephone messages, no contact made from Grange Street, also sent 2 emails still being ignored and still not received my goods, I am not a happy customer
