Really rude bus drivers and manager at auto car. Manager pretends not to be the manager when he cant be bothered to deal with something ! Sounds like a narcissist and thinks hes above others. Does NOT know what good customer service is - even if it smacked him in the face! Bus drivers leave young children stranded because they wont accept KCC travel saver cards on a weekend, although they cost 450 for the year !!! Shoddy customer service. Dirty buses. Inhumane drivers. Round of applause for autocrap buses

Rude person on the phone. Thats the second time this same man answered the phone and he was really rude. If you don't like your job change it Sir !!!

My daughter uses the 221 every day, driver is fantastic and a great service. Hope it doesnt get cut in the latest round of supposed savings by the council

New 221 service. Thank you for stepping up for this service. I know you are getting grief from yr 7 mums ( same every year). Many are grateful A bus starting in Plaxtol would be amazing to help overcrowding ( mine get in early in route so have a seat)

Waited 3 hours no bus and no answer from bus company totally Disappointed as I was stranded at Tonbridge after being told by bus driver last bus is 7pm and bought a return ticket costing 5 ripped off
