Had a bathroom refit. Paul and Dave did an excellent job. They have great attention to detail and created a quality finish. They were focused on the work but they were also very pleasant and professional. I left them to it but they thought of so many little things that really make a difference, like lining up things perfectly so everything looks fantastic as you walk in and matching the top grouting to paint colours. They were also considerate, leaving a toilet to fit around the needs of my family. They were neat and tidy too. I would definitely recommend them. We have an old house and they found solutions to make everything finished to a high standard. I had to wait a while as they were booked up but worth the wait. Excellent quality fitting. Services: Toilet installation, Faucet installation, Shower installation

Thank you Paul for your amazing work, the end product speaks for itself. Your attention to detail is second to none. We have had a lot of builders over the years and other bathrooms done but I would only ever use Paul Sainty now. He is reliable and trustworthy and a very experienced and thorough plumber. He is a total perfectionist with his work, a rare thing these days. This bathroom was in need of a makeover. There was a wall that needed removing to open the space up and total reconfiguring of all the sanitary ware. It was not without it complications and challenges, but you were always honest about the work that needed to be done, explaining the process along the way and were transparent about cost. You problem solved any issues sensibly and intelligently and were always calm and unphased. We had a faulty sink delivered with a very slightly uneven surface, only noticeable once the tap was fitted but you spotted this straight away and pointed it out to me and we got this rectified by the supplier. You also advised me against a certain tap style as it would project too far into the bath, again Im very glad I followed your advice as you were right. I am more than pleased with our lovely new family bathroom and would happily recommend Paul Sainty to others.

Paul quoted for the refurbishment of our main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. His price was competitive and we decided to proceed with his quote. The main bathroom consisted of replacing the bath, sink, w/c and installing a new shower and cubicle, with tiling and flooring. En suite the same with the installation of a slightly bigger shower tray and cloakroom was a direct swap for the w/c and sink, but no flooring. A quadrant shower tray was fitted in the main bathroom, however upon inspection it was found to squeak when walked on. Paul was reluctant to rectify the squeak, however we insisted it was put right. This involved him taking the tray and bottom row of tiles out and rectifying the squeak, which was a loose joist. The shower tray in the en-suite was replaced and upon completion we noticed a crack in the tray from the waste to the opposite side of the tray. This was brought to Pauls attention, however he said it was a moulding issue on the tray and should be fine. We took his word for it, he was, after all the expect, or so we thought. The next day closer inspection revealed it was defiantly a crack in the tray. We spoke with Paul who said he was happy to come and take the shower tray out and replace it and charge us 750!!! We were shocked. He admitted that he had not bedded the tray on a solid base and that, in his words it would have cracked eventually . We sought an experts opinion and they confirmed that because Paul had failed to bed the tray on a solid base (as per manufacturers instructions) we had no recourse to claim compensation for a new tray. The expert said the installer should put the situation right at there own expense. It was at this point the leaks starting appearing, all three installed sinks leaked form the base of the taps into the installed vanity units, the taps had not been sealed! So if you want a plumber who will leave you with incorrectly fitted shower trays and leaks galore, then Paul is the plumber for you. If not, our advice is to avoid him at all costs.
