Caroline is simply the best, caring and knowledge Personal Trainer, fitness and wellbeing guru there is! Shouldn't really be telling everyone as they'll all want her attention, but then she's brilliant at tailoring her programmes to each and everyone's individual needs and requirements. Online, in person or a mixture of both, Caroline has supported me for years and is very, very highly recommended for women, especially peri-menopause, during or post menopause - whether or not you have any symptoms or challenges during these times. A joy to be part of her classes, and my mind and body certainly benefit!

Carolineis the best. I startedwithher while trying to recoverfrom a chronic illness, and also very menopausal. I needed to getwell and strong. She is kind, understanding, knowledgeableand brilliantlyflexes to fit with your needs and ambitions. She has stuck with me through the ups and downs and been a brilliantally in my recovery. I am so glad I met her as I hit my fiftiesand try to embrace menopause and fitness with Caroline by my side.

An hour of total bliss, from the initial gentle movement to check for any tight spots, to the gentle but firm, where needed, massage. Caroline is truly lovely, very gentle and caring, but always professional. A massage with Caroline is a little bit of me time that leaves me feeling calm, relaxed and on occasions lighter of mind as it has genuinely helped release tensions and emotions.
