Great showroom, helpful staff. Bought a pair of accent chairs. Competent delivery crew they look lovely and are very comfortable.

We have had a completely terrible experience with this company. We ordered 4 large sofas from them in May 2022 at great expense and we are still trying to rectify problems. The sofas took more than 4 months to arrive. Then one sofa arrived with a blood stain on it and stains elsewhere. It took several missed appointments where their stain technician cancelled, failed to show up or came at the wrong time to resolve this. No compensation was offered for the waste of time, nor for the poor condition of our new sofa. Then alternative cushion interiors for one of the other sofas arrived after waiting 2 months and they were not at all as per the order, nor the accompanying delivery note. They simply re-sent what we already had. Such a waste of time and incredibly frustrating. We placed the order via the Fittleworth showroom. We have had a much better customer service experience with the Parsons Green showroom and wish we had dealt with them from the start on this. That said, there are clearly serious logistical issues at this company more broadly.

We absolutely love our sofa and have found the whole process with Sofa & Stuff, from the showroom to ordering and delivery, very efficient and friendly. We spent a while searching for a sofa as we wanted a patterned fabric and Sofa & Stuff are one of the only companies we could find that offer a wide range of patterns. They have some really lovely fabric and if I needed another sofa I would definitely go back to them.
