I didn't know what to expect, but it was great! I was pleased that it was only a small group. James was on hand to offer helpful advice, answer questions and suggest interesting photo compositions. I took lots of photos and came away feeling much more confident with the manual settings.

Before taking part in the Seaford Walk, I would never have used manual mode on my camera. Now its my go to setting. Spending a relaxed afternoon with James, taking photographs up on the cliffs and down on the beach, was a great way to learn about the technical side of using my camera, and to explore the creative elements of photography such as subject, composition and light as well. Thanks James for an enjoyable and informative afternoon

I had a really great workshop today. The pace was perfect and you made all of us, regardless of our varying range of experience/knowledge, feel totally at ease. I am very grateful for what you have taught me today in terms of navigating my camera and its functions, as well as affectively being able to manipulate the settings to get great photos. You were also keen to answer any questions and I feel like Ive learnt a great deal and feel re-inspired to get out and about with my camera again. Thanks a lot!

I have just spent the most glorious morning on a photography walk around Cuckmere Haven , East Sussex . From the start our small group were made to feel comfortable and at ease . James gave instructions clearly and was incredibly supportive throughout . I learnt so much, even after the official walk had finished . I am looking forward to using all my new skills and would highly recommend this walk . In fact I am already planning to join another one. Thank you
