        My wife raved about this place a few years ago, a bit disappointed with the garden, needs some attention, that said we had a wonderful meal, very tasty.

        What a gem of a secretive garden. Delicious array of salads, cakes and cuppa tea /coffee.

        I deliberately didn't change the label to 'coffee shop' because they seem to have a thriving business based on word-of-mouth, which retains its 'hidden gem' quality. Service seemed a bit rudderless on arrival but warmed up and all the staff were pleasant. Coffee was good but too hot, cake was delicious, and all other food looked good. I love that they were serving full English teas on cake stands at noon. A little haven from the A27 or walking Firle Beacon. Closes for the season after Aug Bank Holiday

        The Beanstalk cafe is hard to find but worth the effort. A lovely cafe tucked away and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Good food & drinks. Opens for a restricted season each year, closed from end of August.
