one of the best morrisons - the freefrom is soo good for a store of this size and love that they put the cupboard+ chilled+frozen stuff all together. really great selection of fresh fruit&veg also with some fun/exotic bits. would recommend!!

I have never heard of such terrible customer service as what my pensioner mum experienced this morning. There was an issue with a till, she gave cash & paid difference on her card, when she checked the full amount was taken off her card with no record of the 20 cash they took. They reluctantly checked the till & it was 20 over, then a busy body insisted she checked it, it was 20 over but she didn't want to give the money back to my mum. It was only after she threatened to call the police, that the woman threw 2 10 notes at her, after being kept waiting for nearly 45mins. I am disgusted that they deem it ok to treat an ill pensioner in this way. I have over 30yrs customer service experience & have never seen a customer treated so badly, especially someone who has shopped there since the store opened years ago. I suggest everyone checks their receipts & change as you shouldn't expect any kind of decent customer service from this store. In a cost of living crisis? who can afford to just lose 20 through no fault of their own. I'm just sorry I was not with her because I would have got the store manager down to answer for the disgusting treatment my mum received. They forget 1 good review may get heard, but 1 bad review spreads like wildlife. Holloway Morrisons should be ashamed of the treatment my mum experienced today. Update. A couple of days later my mum had to go back into the store, she luckily found a manager on the shopfloor this time, she explained to her what had happened on her last visit & the manager was appalled by the member of staffs actions. She couldn't apologise enough, promised that she will look into the matter & gave her a bouquet of flowers. This is how customer service should be from all staff members to each & every customer interaction they have. Thank you for the way you treated my mum.
