Genuinely brilliant. Came years ago for a standard sports massage and got so much more out of it. Have been coming back for years now. Adam takes a holistic approach and thinks about how you want to live / what you want to do as opposed to focusing purely on where the pain is.

New to the area and was intrigued to see the store front and knocked to enquire for contact information, or a chat if free. The exchange was done through mime until the door was opened and I was dismissed "I don't have you now" assuming I was a patient.. I learnt was because he was mid session. I was told Google the name before the door closed not. I guess I love the dedication to his client but the interaction was certainly odd. First impressions not the best, may book a consultation to see if I also can receive the treatment expressed in the reviews. Hope to return with an update.

I have been working with Adam for around 6 months. Initially, I visited him with back/hip discomfort. He did a thorough assessment and got to work quickly. My back felt much better in no time at all. This evening, after feeling a pop in my knee whilst playing football, I contacted Adam and he provided much needed advice and reassurance. Friendly, fairly priced and a consummate professional. If you are looking for reliable and professional treatment, the Maintenance Man is a no brainer.

Great experience. Was recommended so booked on a whim and was not disappointed. Incredibly knowledgable and a really nice guy. Properly reviewed my issues, did a great job in the session and then sent me away with a poa that I can do anywhere as am about to go travelling and wont have time to see him again before I go. Will definitely book again In the future
