Just ordered a meal for 2 person but one of us is unable to eat oignons so we asked to take them off my burger (and also mustard sauce ). Very sad and disappointed that my burger arrived full of massive chunks of oignons and the sauce Having the option to take of ingredients and add some is a +++ when you have a fussy diet but this first time getting delivered will be the last as the meal Didnt meet our expectations and explicit requirements of taking off ingredients I cannot eat. In small quantities as very very small its tolerable for me to eat oignons but these massive chunks and the sauce which impregnated the whole cheez and bun is really not ok for me to eat unfortunately and so was even not really possible to eat it after trying taking them out of the burger.. Very sad as in person its normally respected but apparently they dont put the same attention to delivery orders. Also sad the website we got it delivered from has changed a lot and said theyre unable to refund us so we basically paid a meal for nothing as i basically could only eat the fries properly. Not the best experience.
