This the worst post office in north London. Makes Holloway road very trashy. Big mistake hiring those people that are there now running that post office to the ground. That black Nigerian man and woman are a duo in major disrespect, unprofessional and laziness. Everyday they show to customers that they dont want to work there? So why are you there? About and Im telling you so listen who are you? Fix your attitude and maybe you wont get as many complaints as you get. Bare in mind Im at that post office minimum twice a week and hear customer complaints and arguments with these so called professionals have some shame, please.

Like other reviews have described, the queues in this Post Office are terrible. I waited 30 minutes in the queue. My gut feeling that my parcel would get lost in the chaos of this place and I was correct. Sent First Class and sadly the gift I sent has still not arrived to the recipient. If possible, avoid using.

Staff always miserable and most of them Id be surprised if theyve had any training. Customer service skills are shocking. Left a negative review 5 years ago and actually think its got worse. Queues have no order so people constantly pushing in and staff dont seem to care. Arrived there in the middle of afternoon to find theyve closed early which seems to be becoming more of regular occurrence. Started using other local post office now. Avoid this one. An embarrassment to Holloway.
