        Alice is an amazing teacher, really patient and thoughtful, and the classes are brilliant. I've noticed the difference in my flexibility and core strength after just a few sessions. Recommended.

        Alice is an Amazing teacher! I had Pilates before, but Alice's classes are absolutely brilliant. She is fun and extremely professional. I attend her classes twice a week and I feel my flexibility and strength have improved a lot. Thank you Alice!

        I had a brain surgery and radiotherapy to get rid of a brain tumour finishing on 03/03/17. I had bad balance problems, muscle problems and low confidence. Alice is fantastic and has helped me achieve amazing results, my family cant beleive my progress. I still go almost every week and love it! I think Pilates has changed my life and Alice has massively helped with that. The lessons are fun, and she is a fantastic teacher. Cant recommend coming along enough! Cheers, Neil.
