My friend and I went here today as I had to print some documents. As we approached the store, a gentleman opened the door and held it as we walked in. I walked in first, followed by my friend, who by the way has autism and also severe social anxiety due to being unable to read certain social cues. The gentleman who opened the door for us proceeded to say something along the lines of not gonna say thank you? in a very rude, scary, and frankly, off-putting manner before my friend even had the chance to and so my friend responded with a sorry and thank you. I walked out with my friend, as it was clear my friend was having a panic attack because this gentleman had clearly scared him. Additionally, the gentleman behind the counter did not say anything (not even sure the gentleman opening the door worked there?) when this happened. Maybe he was distracted? Not sure. Not all disabilities are visible and this isnt even poor customer service, its insensitive and simple disregard for the condition of a fellow human being. Highly disappointing and honestly, scary behavior from the gentleman opening the door, you caused a stressful situation/day for my friend and further inflated his fear of social situations. The other gentleman behind the counter was otherwise very polite to me and my friend - I will give him that. Still, very poor and so disappointing behavior from fellow human beings.
