Pharmacist on the phone was reluctant to help on the phone. He even hung up on me. Won't be returning and would not recommend to others - AVOID.

Had a serious medical emergency involving 111, but instead of let me talk with both themselves in pharmacy and the nurse on the 111 call, they just kept tapping their finger on a TINY 'no phones' sign that was hidden behind the desk? Id understand if this sign was anywhere else but it wasn't. They didn't even use their words. Then, when we found what I needed, they got mad at me for not having cash and that if I didn't, it would be double the price. I apologised loads and said I was sorry for all of this, and that I'd leave but they huffed and let me do it on card anyway. It was the weirdest experience ever, and I cannot imagine that these people are real medical professionals. Literally go anywhere else.

Life savior , had the medication that boots didnt and the lady at the counter is super friendly .

I'm normally happy with this pharmacy but I just encountered a rude person on the phone. As soon as he answered the phone he put me on hold for 4 minutes and didn't even apologise for making me wait. And he made me wait as he decided to get involved in a conversation another worker was having with a customer as I could hear it all. I was enquiring about specific medication for my child and he said just bring in your prescription and I will check then if in stock and closed the phone on me straight away before giving me a chance to reply. I have a sick child I have no intention of dragging him around, hence why I phoned ahead not to waste my time so if not in stock I will ask another pharmacy. To make someone wait so long without apologising and not even be bothered to listen or give me a chance to talk I'm very disappointed. I don't care how busy they are I am also a customer.
